My daughter purchased her first car at Alsteen's and had a great experience! Our salesperson, Jordan, was upfront about the vehicle and the purchase price. A few weeks after purchase, the "Check Engine" light came on, we contacted the Alsteen's and they said bring it right in and they will look at it. They fixed (no charge) a minor error code and had the car back to my daughter within a day. We just recently purchased a second vehicle from Alsteen's, it was the end of the day right before closing and Jordan still offered to wash the van and fill up the tank with gas! This is a honest dealership that is upfront, thorough and fair.

I had the greatest and easiest experience with buying my second vehicle. I live a couple hours away and communicated via Facebook and email to have everything set to go as soon as I got to the dealership. Jordan was my salesman and he was outstanding and helped with all my questions and made sure I had a great experiencing buying a vehicle. My son purchased his first car from Alsteen a little over 30 days ago. We noticed last week it was starting to leak a lot of oil. It was just past their 30 day warranty and figured we might be out of luck. We contacted them and without hesitation he asked when we could have them look at it. When we arrived I mentioned it was just past the 30 days and quickly responded we will take care of it. Come to find out the head gasket they replaced before they sold it was faulty and agreed to repair it at no charge to us. We also noticed the thermostat was bad and replaced it as well and filled the tank with gas! This was the right way to handle this situation and we're very grateful for Alsteen having integrity and standing by what they sell!

This is by far one of the best car dealerships on the planet with outstanding customer service and quality used cars. I live two thousand six hundred miles away and will always do business with Alsteen Automotive it was a very smooth transaction and I'm very satisfied with my purchase and highly recommend buying from them. Their staff was very honest and knowledgeable every step of the way in answering all my questions about out of state car buying and transportation.
