Very upfront. We drove from Michigan to look at a car and they let us know even the flaws of the car we were coming to see. Honesty is great to find from a dealer, couldn’t recommend them more!

My son purchased his first car from Alsteen a little over 30 days ago. We noticed last week it was starting to leak a lot of oil. It was just past their 30 day warranty and figured we might be out of luck. We contacted them and without hesitation he asked when we could have them look at it. When we arrived I mentioned it was just past the 30 days and quickly responded we will take care of it. Come to find out the head gasket they replaced before they sold it was faulty and agreed to repair it at no charge to us. We also noticed the thermostat was bad and replaced it as well and filled the tank with gas! This was the right way to handle this situation and we're very grateful for Alsteen having integrity and standing by what they sell!

This is by far one of the best car dealerships on the planet with outstanding customer service and quality used cars. I live two thousand six hundred miles away and will always do business with Alsteen Automotive it was a very smooth transaction and I'm very satisfied with my purchase and highly recommend buying from them. Their staff was very honest and knowledgeable every step of the way in answering all my questions about out of state car buying and transportation.
